I called 3 times to order and the person who answered the phone hang up on me the 3 times I called. Idk if they hire people to just hung up on costumers who just want to order food! Worst costumer service.

Today October 19th, 2019 the cashier at this location had an attitude with me when I placed my order instead helping. Lenwich should train their employees to be more courteous. Will aviod ever going to this location.

I love Lenny’s sandwiches but this location has the worst costumer service. I ordered a salad and received the bowl half empty. Ask to fill up the bowl with more lettuces and receive a dirty look from the staff.

The breakfast at this joint is fantastic & cheaper. Not too many (besides McDs of course) has cheaper grub at the prices they have it. But, they do run out & breakfast according to the store stops at 10am. So you would have to be in there before work to get the deal. It does get crowded fast, so if you can, get your grub delivered.

Every night I'm visited by the ghost of a me who put himself out there. Who wasn't scared or sad or lazy. He eats lunch here every sunday. He brings his wife Emily and his children and he orders a salad. Sometimes I see Other Joe faintly in the window, looking pitifully back at me. Every day he gets imperceptibly fainter.See you again tonight.

I've tried two of their sandwiches so far, the Lenwich and the Italian and I'm hooked. I wouldn't consider them healthy but it's all worth it!

Visited several times, sandwiches are pretty good! Pricey in comparison to other places, but good. Unfortunately, the customer service from the cashiers is appalling to say the least. They are consistently rude, cold, ill mannered & only display manners and amiability towards *select returning customers, in my experience. It's unfortunate that such behavior from every customer's first point of contact is apparently acceptable to the owner & managers of this location, it takes away entirely from how good the food is.

This was the second time I’ve gotten sick eating here. Now both me and my GF got sick eating here, this time was so bad that we’ve been throwing up and a full day on the toilet, I think they need their health code looked at: Keep away at all costs

Although the food is adequate....I just wonder sometimes about humanity. I ran in and wanted to use the bathroom BEFORE ordering. In the past the bathroom was available. So I ran back to use and had to return to the front where I was told I had to order ...and pay first...I told the young lady I was coming back to order...and was told MANAGEMENT will not allow them to make any exceptions ( both by the iwoman I initially spoke with and the female manager). I proposed some hypothetical situations, e.g., a pregnant woman...and was told it was the policy...This week the United Nations has been focusing on the status of women and children and I attended talks about the status of this population...especially as it relates to the immigration policies and the thousands of people displaced and looking for safety. Yes, I am sure homeless people may come in and use and not clean ( there but for the grace)...but ....a bathroom...really?

Just ok. Delivery was fast. Order was accurate. Pastrami was dry. And they charge you over $4 for delivery. Basically a rip off. Not ordering from them again.

Love this place and will definitely be going there again, love the vibe, food and the people. The decor is a cool mix between retro and modern and makes me feel nostalgic but grounded. Cheesy but true.

Sandwich (Chicken salad hero I split with one other person) was ok, but service was very lackluster. When the sandwich was done, it sat near the register for 3-4 minutes while the front person (Jocelyn) was filling coffee orders and taking more sandwich orders. The five or so other people standing by the sandwich station didn't really seem to notice that sandwiches kept getting piled up, or just didn't care. It was kind of annoying to be honest...

We had put an order in earlier today, our salad was missing the the chicken. We called to tell them we would like to be refunded 2.00 for the charge. The lady said we are closed now for the holidays deal with it on seamelss. I felt she was rude and could have at least apologized because there was no chicken and in the background i kept hearing the guy i put the chicken. Regardless i find it funny. I’ll never order from this location again. Rude manager, basically calling us liars by saying they put it in. Goodbye upper east side location.

False ingredients list!I ordered a chicavo with fresh mozzarella. They did not use fresh mozzarella, and instead used a cheap substitute without asking. I took it back and the told me it was fresh but that it was just 'really melted'. Nope, that's wrong. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to this location.

Not a bad place ..... sandwich, bag of chips and a water was about 14; standard for nyc.I went after lunch hour so it was not crowded and there were plenty of seats. Sandwich was good.
